Acceptable use of BuyCheck AI

Prohibited activities

• Unauthorized automation. Scraping, bulk extraction, programmatic access without an API key, or use of automated systems that exceed reasonable human use.
• Reverse engineering AI outputs. Using the Service to systematically extract our prompts, reasoning, or ranking signals for the purpose of training a competing model.
• Submitting harmful content. URLs to malware, phishing pages, sexually explicit content involving minors, or other content that violates law.
• Manipulating recommendations. Coordinated feedback campaigns, fake reviews, or attempts to game ranking signals.
• Impersonation. Pretending to be another person or company, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a retailer.
• Circumvention. Attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, fraud-prevention systems, or geographic restrictions.
• Disruption. Attempts to overload, crash, or otherwise disrupt the Service or any users.
• Illegal use. Using the Service for activities that violate applicable law, including export controls or sanctions.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion: warn the account, temporarily limit access, permanently terminate access, delete content that violates this policy, and report illegal activity to authorities. For security or fraud incidents we may act without prior notice.

Reporting abuse

If you observe behavior that violates this policy, email abuse@buycheckai.com with as much detail as possible (URL, timestamp, account if known). We investigate and respond to abuse reports promptly.
